I have had the pleasure of working with Luis, and I can say that our time together has been excellent!

Whenever Luis sees a patient and care needs change, he lets me know so I can provide better patient care. That's very important to me because as patients get better, providing the right amount of care is beneficial for a speedy recovery. Communication with Luis is clear and precise leaving me confident that the patient is receiving the best possible care. Healthcare is sooooooo complex, but whenever I ask him anything, he's skilled in explaining such complicated topics so that anyone could understand them!

Having Luis as our PA is a wonderful contribution to us all and I know he genuinely cares about the patient on an individual level. I've heard from multiple patients that they feel confident and optimistic on their recovery because of how Luis has treated them!

Overall, I'm gonna miss him a lot and working with him has been such fun.
